Department of Physics was established in 2000. In the beginning phase Department of Physics was run on Clock Hour Basis.
In December 2016, Dr. Laxman P. Chikhale was appointed as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department as permanent teaching faculty. Today department runs with one permanent faculty. Choice of most of the students.
